We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications and pricing are accurate.
Because natural diamonds are unique, slight differences in appearance may exist between product images and the delivered product.
Weights, dimensions and measurements are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Diamond grading information is based on the accompanying grading certificate issued by the relevant gemological laboratory where applicable.
7. Pricing
All prices displayed on the Website are shown in the currency selected by the customer.
Unless otherwise stated, prices include or exclude taxes according to the destination country and applicable legal requirements.
Import duties, customs charges, local taxes or similar governmental fees imposed outside Poland are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Diament Expert reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors before accepting an order.
8. Orders
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products.
An order becomes legally binding only after Diament Expert accepts it and confirms the order by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

pricing or technical errors have occurred;

fraud is suspected;

legal restrictions apply;

products are unavailable.
If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

Diament Expert does not store complete payment card details.
10. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver internationally to selected countries.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information provided during checkout is accurate.
11. Custom and Special Orders
Certain products are manufactured, assembled, resized, engraved or sourced specifically for an individual customer.
Such products are considered custom or special-order items.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, custom-made and specially sourced products may not be eligible for cancellation or return.
